The issue in GetHuman-sdtownse's own words
I took out bankruptcy and hughesnet sent me a letter saying they had put my account on temporary suspension and if I wanted it turned back on at the same terms and conditions to call ***-***-**** in ** days. I called today twice which is * days after they sent the letter and cannot get any help. The first time the guy said the system was down could I call back in a few hours, gave me a case number of *********. The second time the guy didn't know what a case number was for, and kept asking me if the other person told me why the system was down. I finally told him I didn't care why I just wanted my internet back up. He put me on hold for ** min. and kept coming back every * to ** min. to ask me to hold, the account processing people were not answering. I finally hung up. Tried on your website to get help, there is none. Surfed the web and found this site, hope you can help. My account is DSS********. I still want auto withdrawal from my bank which you have the card number for it has not changed. I don't know why you suspended my service in the first place, I didn't go bankrupt on you.
