Dear Honeywell,**We are new customers to Honeywell products. We have been so pleased with our new zone system for our five children’s bedrooms and our second floor Entrance Hall landing. Our heating and cooling company reccommended your zone system when we replaced our ** year old duct work in our custom home. *It has been so beneficial for keeping a consistent tempreature on our second follow entrance hall landing that has large windows and a **’ ceiling. The children are so happy with their own climate control thermostats for each of their rooms. Fourteen months after purchasing our zone system, both the wireless control board and the wireless *Adapter both lost power and had to be replaced by our heating and cooling company who installed our system, McCoy’s Heating and Cooling. I read that the warranty for the Wireless Zoning System is covered under a five year warranty which I think is fabulous. Could you please clarify if the labor charge for replacing the faulty equipment will also be covered under the warranty? The Honeywell warranty stated the zone system was covered by a five year replacment warranty. My bill to replace the malfunctioning equipment from Mccoys’s said the adapter and Control board was covered under the manufactuors warranty and my balance due was $***. I have been so pleased and reccommended this system to many of our friends and family. Hopefully i will not be responsible for this charge fourteen months after a new installation.
