Dear VRBO FRAUD Dept:**Please note I would like to report **AnaLuisa Salvatti*Enchanted Mountain Retreats, Inc.*Mountain Paws Cabin Rentals*www.georgiaemr.com******@***.com*Local: ***-***-*****Toll Free: ***-***-******For fraudulently using my card for the full amount without my permission for one trip when only **% was authorized. Also this same woman will not refund me for my trip which was cancelled on ****. When I contacted her to resolve this issue she was rude and would not or could not provide me with a receipt as she said she emailed it to me however I never got it and I believe this leads back to the VRBO site not being used properly as that is what generates these items. Such as reminders when your last payment is due and so on. I tried my very best to work with this VERY RUDE AND OBSTINATE woman who kept stating and I quote “VRBO IS JUST A FANCY NEWSPAPER YOU DEAL WITH ME”. Well I rented thru VRBO not her and all I wanted was the website to reflect the trip and what had been paid, I was will to look past the fact that she was rude in her correspondence and in her verbal communication, obviously she should not be working with the public. However she would not provide me with the documentation, she was angry because when the trip was first started the card was declined as my credit card company thought it was fraud, so I cleared that up so she could charge me the DEPOSIT ONLY and she just took it on herself to charge the full amount and decided she would cancel the trip that never was according to the VRBO website or any communications that I have received from ANYONE. I think this should be prosecuted as FRAUD and If she was my employee I would fire her, if she did not make it right. All she needed to do was simply follow the VRBO protocol just like every other property manager I have dealt with as you can see from my account *****@***.com. I look forward to hearing from someone as to how this will be handled or I will go to social media with a vengeance and even possibly peruse criminal charges for fraud. ** All I want is my ***% money back guarantee if cancelled by certain date honored and that you deal with reputable people, as this company clearly is not.
