Hello, we booked a stay at Nassau, Bahamas (HA-C*F*RG). Russell Thompson for the dates, July *- July *.*When we arrived at the property *:**, this property was not ready for us. There were clothes, towels, a piece of luggage all on the front deck. I walked up to look inside and it was obviously still occupied. I did not want to disturb anyone, so I walked away back to the front of the building where my wife and son were waiting. We weren’t sure what to do. I tried to contact the owner, but no one available. *The Atlantis hotel was right next door, so we went there and reserved a room for our stay. *Later I was able to contact the owner, and he said he could not refund our reservation because we wanted to stay somewhere different. And then he told me that the cleaning lady was busy that day and running late and that’s who was at our rental. By this time we were already in our hotel room. What our options at this point?
