Help with my HomeAway.com issue
Is there a place to change settings that I can get paid when HomeAway receives the payment instead of HomeAway holding onto my money until the renters enter the property. It is our payment not HomeAway's and I can not locate anything that changes that.
I trust that HomeAway.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
