i just bought my first house and decided to try Hisense products, bought a (mirror) Fridge at Game Dec **** which is December **** started to act up, with the upper fridge not cold enough, if we increase the level, the deep freezer creates too much ice* i tried everything suggested in the booklet, unfortunately nothing helps much. I called to report at Game but it was *days after their *yr guarantee expired. Again on the ** November **** I bought a U*** at Edgars. I charged it as instructed but after removing a charger without using it it went from *** to **% and within a week it gave me "storage full" error though it had a **G memo card that I bought at the same store* I had to delete every app n remove memo card but it started to give me more problems* keypads got hard I couldnt type anything. I took it back to Edgars on the **th December **** after using it for two weeks. I have been phoneless the entire December till now because Edgars refused to give me a new phoned because their warranty is only *days they opted for repairs* so its still with their technicians (I have all the paperwork as proof). I am ***@not happy with Hisense product. Even if they repair it I am guaranteed it will will continue giving problems. In December **** I almost bought a Hisense bluish washing machine at Game and I was advised by the salesperson not to because most customers are complaining about it. I would like Hisense to give me a new high quality working phone for free* not the U **** I cant be losing on the fridge and the phone at least some compensation should be done. I am certain I deserve that.
