Any email (and i writing a fake one) received will be deleted and not read. *I can however be contacted on ********** an Australian Mobile**Apart from being stuffed around asked to hold onto off food speaking to those whom I believe need to be retrained on when someone states they will only speak to management level or above to be put on hold for a team leader. Team leader (and asked) is not management and being told ** hours for someone to look at freezer then ** days and almost a good fortnight then broke down on the poor repair company so it was quicker and * days earlier then I was told first opening. The compensation offered is by far not near where it’s compet put its mark yet alone even the company I purchased from has a better deal. When appliances is in wall under * weeks and I then loose that amount of food. It is pitiful when that’s the best u can do and there is no complaints department. Or the service team on ur phone network is as helpful as ‘the brick wall next to me’ *I now only buy food of no nutritional value that can be kept in my cupboard. Both the hisense fridge and the hisense freezer (pigeon pair) I own are very expensive household decorations I purchased and wasted about $**** aud in doing so **I should be able to be put through to a manager or a management position that can handle the hatred I have now for hisense.
