Hello, I am inquiring about the delay in receiving my two parcels from the Disney Store. It's been over a week, and despite receiving confirmation emails stating that the parcels were on their way, the tracking information now indicates that the parcels have not been received by the delivery company. I have contacted the retailer, and they have confirmed that the parcels were sent out. However, I am unable to track the parcels and would appreciate your assistance in locating them. Hello, I need assistance. I was expecting a delivery last week, and despite a failed attempt on Friday, the package has not arrived. The tracking system indicated it would be redelivered the next working day, but Monday came and went without the package arriving. Today, my partner found an empty bag with my information attached to a fence near our home, raising concerns. I am disappointed with the service provided and intend to report this to the authorities. I received a parcel from Debenhams through Hermes with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. According to Hermes, they received the parcel on April 23rd, with the expected delivery date being the same day. However, their tracking system does not show it as delivered. When I try to query the non-delivery online using the tracking number provided by Hermes, they claim they do not recognize the number, despite me copying and pasting it directly from their site to prevent any errors. Dear Community Members, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I experienced with Hermes parcels being misdelivered by the taxi company A2B in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan. Today, at 12:48, I received a text claiming my awaited parcel was delivered, but it hadn't arrived. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. The package was later handed by a neighbor we have conflicts with, and to my dismay, it was opened. This delivery error is unacceptable, especially when my address is clearly marked. The taxi driver handed it next door due to the neighbors being in their front yard. Moreover, a few Sundays ago, we found two hot meals mistakenly delivered by A2B Taxis instead of to my neighbor. I have informed A2B of these mistakes today but wanted to notify the community about the issue involving Hermes deliveries as well.

I needed to return a package to Easylife. Initially planned for collection on April 11th, it was picked up by a young lady as scheduled. Despite not receiving a refund, after querying Easylife, they assured me to wait. An email from the courier on April 27th confirmed receipt of a parcel from Easylife. I was informed it would soon be on its way with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. The next day, another message indicated possession of the parcel and imminent delivery, surprising me as I had not made any new orders. Contacting Easylife, they claimed there was no record of the parcel pickup and distanced themselves from the situation. I suspect the courier returned the same parcel to them. I sent five parcels on Wednesday, May 5, [redacted]. Unfortunately, one of the boxes was severely damaged in transit. The buyer from eBay contacted me to report the issue, pointing out that the contents were smashed. This is not the first time such a problem has arisen with deliveries handled by Hermes. I have an account with Hermes under the email [redacted] and have been in touch with a member of their team regarding this matter. I kindly request your assistance in providing a claim form to address this situation promptly.

According to Hermes, my package has been marked as delivered, but they claim to provide a non-existent signature due to their current policy of not accepting signatures due to Covid-19. I have not received this package, it has not been delivered to me, nor has it entered my premises. The statement of the delivery is inaccurate; I question who provided this false information. Customer Service at Hermes is misleading, as there seems to be no actual customer service available, just automated responses.

I recently purchased a baby bike seat scheduled for delivery on the 6th of April at around 7 p.m. My local Hermes delivery only operates in the morning, so this delivery seems to have not taken place. Despite my efforts to communicate via email with Hermes, I keep receiving repetitive responses instructing me to contact the seller. Two weeks ago, I confirmed with the seller that the address on my eBay account is correct. Frustrated with the lack of progress through email exchanges, I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with someone over the phone. I have an incident number- [redacted]36. I am eager to locate the parcel or arrange for a re-delivery for my son's bike seat.

Today, a parcel was supposedly left at my neighbor's door under our stairway as indicated in delivery card [redacted]5 and with a photograph as proof. I inquired with my neighbor, who claims they haven't taken the package from their porch. Unsure of the truth, I reached out to the authorities who advised me to contact Hermes. I recently purchased a bed on Amazon. Upon checking the delivery status, I was surprised to see that it was delivered last Thursday and signed for, which I did not authorize. I have reached out to all relevant parties but have not received information on the delivery address or the signature used. I placed an order with Amazon that uses your delivery service for Monday. I received a text message stating that a delivery was missed, but no one knocked as I was home all day. Yesterday, I spoke to our regular Hermes driver, and he mentioned that he didn't have any parcels for me on Monday or yesterday. I showed him the text message and the information from Amazon, and he tried using the tracking number [redacted][redacted]. However, he mentioned that he couldn't locate it on his list. I sent my return to SavageX Fenty on 18-04-20, but tracking through Myhermes shows it was only just collected and not yet on its way to the retailer. I've tried to communicate with Holly on the Myhermes chat, but she doesn’t recognize my calling card number. The automated phone service is also not accepting the number provided on my receipt (P[redacted]). I am concerned because it has been over 4 weeks, and if the delivery is delayed further, I worry about not receiving the refund from the retailer. Thank you! - R.

I recently ordered trainers from Sports Direct with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. Yesterday, as a key worker, I got home and checked my emails only to find one saying the parcel had been delivered, but there was no parcel at my address. None of my neighbors had taken it in either. The email initially stated the parcel was delivered at 12:33 when no one was home. Later, the tracking app changed the delivery time to 14:12, but still no parcel. Trying to reach out to customer service was unsuccessful. The tracking app indicated the parcel had been delivered and signed for, which wasn't the case. The signature option mentioned no signature due to COVID-19. I contacted HERMES, and they insisted the parcel had been delivered, but I haven't received it. I want the parcel I paid for or a replacement if it was sent to the wrong address, as it was not received here and the delivery times provided are conflicting.

I have been dealing with a lot of stress due to my local Hermes drop-off location being inadequate. Their machine has been broken for over a week. I need to return a faulty and bulky keyboard to Amazon for my very disabled and bored son, but I don't have the money for delivery since I can't work until school starts. Amazon won't pick it up without payment, and I've hurt my back trying to transport it back and forth. I'm frustrated and trying to remain composed. The Hermes drop-off point at Londis in West Norwood in London is not helpful as their machine is out of order, and neither the staff there nor Amazon seem to care about my situation.

I posted a small package with MyHermes on Saturday, May 9th. I received a tracking number and saw that it was delivered and signed for on Wednesday, May 12th. However, the recipient informed me today that they did not receive the package. I am frustrated and seeking help to resolve this issue. Twice this week, two parcels of mine were not delivered by you despite the retailers confirming no issues with delivery. Your service is extremely disappointing, and I have been trying to reach you for days. I had ordered these items as a gift for a family member. I request a valid explanation for the failed deliveries since all other providers manage to deliver to my address without problems. If I do not get a proper reply, I will share my experience on social media platforms.

Hello, I would like to report an issue with my recent Cooks Professional order (Tracking No: [redacted][redacted]). The delivery was scheduled for yesterday by Hermes between 4-6pm, but it never arrived. After checking their website, it showed as delivered with a signature, even though I did not receive or sign for any package. Dear Customer Service, I recently discovered that my parcel, with tracking number [redacted][redacted] from Mountain Warehouse, was marked as delivered and signed for, yet I never received it. During the supposed delivery time, I was home and did not see any delivery made. Given the current protocols where no signature is required, and a photo is taken as proof of delivery, I kindly request access to the photo taken during the delivery attempt.
