I am concerned about my package which was supposed to be delivered today. The tracking number is: [redacted][redacted]. According to the parcel tracker, it was delivered at 12:07 pm, but the signature does not match anyone in my family or neighbors. It seems like my parcel might have been lost or stolen as the signature is unidentifiable. I paid for next day delivery, but it hasn't arrived. I am having issues with two parcels that are meant to be delivered by your company. The first parcel is from CHUMS and was received by you around December 19th or 20th. I keep receiving messages every working day stating that my parcel is delayed, and I have not yet received it. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. The second parcel is from DEBENHAMS, and I received a message from your company stating that there was an issue with the courier reaching the delivery address. I am confused as another courier managed to deliver a different order to the same address today. Where is my parcel? The tracking number is [redacted][redacted].

I am frustrated because my package was delivered to the wrong address on December 28th at 1:46 pm. Despite my attempts to contact customer service and receive assistance, I have not been successful. I believe I deserve compensation for the stress caused by this situation and the lack of response from the company. Additionally, I am disappointed that this has happened twice with the same items, and I feel the delivery drivers may need more training. My grandson has been let down by this experience as well. I request a resolution to this issue promptly.

I placed an order with PrettyLittleThing two days ago and was scheduled to get it yesterday with next-day delivery. Hermes extended the delivery time multiple times. Despite the last promised delivery slot today being from 6-8 pm, I waited past 8 pm and learned that my package was supposedly delivered at 9:59 with an unrecognized signature. This is frustrating as I ordered in advance to have my clothes for New Year's Eve. My order number is [redacted][redacted].

I selected next day delivery for my PrettyLittleThing order handled by Hermes. Despite living in a student accommodation with constant reception coverage, I received an alert on the 27th stating that no one was available to receive the package, rescheduling the delivery for the 28th. The situation repeated on the 28th, with the same message about no one being in, which is perplexing given the staffed reception. Other deliveries from Royal Mail on the 27th succeeded due to the accessible reception. My frustration mounts as I urgently need this order by the 30th, having paid for next day delivery on the 25th. I sent a book through Amazon via Hermes to Rory Wardroper at High Osgoodby Grange in Thirsk, North Yorkshire using tracking number [redacted][redacted] on December 20th. The postal code covers multiple addresses, and the parcel has yet to reach High Osgoodby Grange. It is possible that it was delivered to High Osgoodby Hall, where the residents are currently abroad. Hello, I would like to inquire about an item that my client has not received since December 16th. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted], and it has been showing at the station since then. Can you please provide an update on the status of this item? It was meant to be a Christmas present, and my client is considering canceling the order if it does not arrive by the end of this week. Hello, I recently received an email that stated my parcel, a 6ft Xmas tree, had been delivered and signed for while I was on holiday. I had asked a neighbor to accept the delivery, but none of them have received the parcel. My family was looking forward to having the tree, and it was disappointing not to have it during the holiday season. The grandchildren were especially upset. I purchased a satin navy dress from Pretty Little Thing on Friday, December 27th, and opted for next day delivery. My order barcode number is [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, my order was mistakenly sent to the wrong depot on the 29th. I am currently awaiting further information about the status and arrival of my package. Item number [redacted][redacted] was dropped off at a shop on December 21st and picked up on December 23rd. Since then, it has not been moved and despite numerous attempts to contact you, your phone just states that the item couldn't be delivered, and you apologize. Without a working phone number or email, I am at a loss on how to proceed. I need to know where my parcel is, why it cannot be delivered, and what steps will be taken to resolve this issue.

I was anticipating the delivery of my package promised for 12/29/19 by 5 pm, but it did not arrive. Upon checking the tracking the following day, it indicated a missed delivery at 8:06 am. Reviewing my security footage for that time, no delivery person was seen at my door. Feeling frustrated as I have not received my parcel and struggling to reach out to Hermes for assistance.

I've been home all morning and received an email stating that the parcel couldn't be delivered. This has happened several times before, and it seems to only be a problem with your company. I paid for Amazon Prime for a 1/2 day delivery, but we keep receiving notices that parcels are being sent back, even though no parcel has ever arrived. Hello, I placed an order to send a parcel to New Zealand on December 4th referencing P2G[redacted]6 with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. On December 5th, I received a notice that a collection attempt was made at my shop, Wing and a Prayer in Coxhoe, Durham DH64HE. Despite the order being canceled and a refund issued to Eileen Pilkington, the parcel was collected on December 6th, causing confusion as it was intended as a Christmas gift for someone in New Zealand. I am desperately seeking information on the parcel's current location to facilitate its delivery to New Zealand promptly. I have attempted to contact customer service without success. I returned an item to the Couture Club through your service, but it has been more than 14 days now, and I have not received my refund. Despite their confirmation of receiving the package, the company claims they have not. Originally, they informed me that the refund was processed, but now they are saying they never received the package. They advised me to reach out to you as they are unable to assist further. All I want is my money back, but this situation seems to be going in circles with no resolution in sight.

I'm still waiting for a parcel I ordered from JD Sports. You were the courier service. Today, I got an email confirming delivery and sign-off at my address, but I haven't received anything.
