I received an email informing me that a parcel was supposedly delivered to my property yesterday at 17:30 with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. The email claims the package was placed through the letterbox, which is not possible, and includes a photo of a package outside a door that is not mine. This parcel is my daughter's main present from ASOS. I request urgent assistance with this matter as this is not the first instance of such an issue occurring. I was home at the alleged delivery time, so I am confused as to why the courier did not attempt to deliver the package properly.

I am disappointed with the service provided by the delivery company. We were expecting a delivery on the 26th of November, but the driver left the package outside in a communal area without attempting to contact us. This has caused us inconvenience and financial loss. I am frustrated that I cannot speak to a real person for help and resolution. Please provide a contact number where I can speak to a representative to investigate this matter as soon as possible. The package was supposed to be delivered to NN5 5HR, No. 41, but we did not receive it. I urgently need this issue resolved to prevent any further losses. Thank you.

I received an email on Tuesday (10.12.19) stating that my parcel was delivered, but it hasn't arrived. After waiting a bit longer, I realized from the picture in the email that it was delivered to the wrong location, as it showed a door of a house, not my flat. I'm concerned about this error and eager to receive my parcel promptly.

The delivery status for my item is incorrect. Despite receiving an email at 9:56 pm from Hermes claiming it was delivered, their online tracking showed it wasn't even with the courier. Additionally, PrettyLittleThing stated it was delivered at 8:46 pm, which is not accurate as I waited all day for a next-day delivery. The conflicting information is frustrating, especially when the item's punctual arrival was crucial. No driver appeared by 10 pm as claimed, and the timeline discrepancies are concerning.

I placed an order with Debenhams. I got an email from Hermes about the delivery scheduled for Wednesday, December 11. Despite waiting at home, nothing arrived. Then, I received an email claiming the courier attempted delivery when no one was home (which is untrue). They said they would try again on Thursday evening, but still, nothing was delivered. Another email came saying the parcel had been delivered and signed for (not by me). I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone via phone. One of the lines even connected me to the wages department. Yesterday, I visited the Hermes website to request a returns label for MandM Direct. However, after entering my credit card details and attempting payment, the payment process did not go through. Despite receiving no confirmation about the label, I attempted payment again when unsure if the first one had gone through. Today, I discovered two deductions from my credit card but still no returns label. Kindly refund the duplicate payments and provide guidance on obtaining the returns label, as I am hesitant to use the website again.

Parcel number [redacted][redacted] was not delivered and is said to be returned to the sender. I have received unsatisfactory responses regarding the delivery issue and filed a missing parcel complaint weeks ago. No action has been taken yet for this job collected on 31 October. I am looking for resolution and a refund. This service provider's handling of problems is disappointing, and as a loyal customer, I am contemplating switching to a more reliable carrier. I received parcel number [redacted]8. It was tossed over the gate and ended up being damaged and soaked. Is this your standard delivery method? The box was labeled with arrows indicating the correct orientation, but it arrived upside down. We didn't make any orders, so we assume it's a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, it looks like the item is now ruined. It seems like a problem with the delivery personnel's attention to detail. Any suggestions on how to proceed? - AJ

I am disappointed that my parcel was not delivered by Hermes for the second time. Despite receiving packages from other companies without issue, Hermes claims they had trouble locating my house. I want my parcel promptly because I am frustrated with their service. The delivery address is Oak Tree Farm, Burnham Road, Battlesbridge, Wickford, SS11 7QS.

I need some clarification regarding a delivery issue with my address. Amazon mentioned there was an issue with my address, and you stated that the package was delivered, but it's still at your depot. If there is an address problem, please inform me so I can make corrections. Amazon informed me this morning that the parcel has not been delivered and contacted you. I'm confused by the conflicting information stating that the parcel is delivered but not able to be delivered due to an address issue. Hello, I have been experiencing ongoing issues with Hermes regarding my parcel deliveries. Despite living on a main road, they frequently fail to deliver on time and leave packages unattended on my doorstep. To avoid this, I have my items delivered to my work address. I recently paid for next day delivery for a parcel scheduled for today, but it has been delayed until tomorrow. Unfortunately, my office will be closed, so I need it redirected to my home address, which is just 2 minutes away. The order number in question is [redacted][redacted]. Additionally, I placed an order with order number [redacted][redacted] on December 6th for next day delivery, but it has yet to arrive.

I wanted to share that the Texaco petrol station on Killinghall Road in Bradford, West Yorkshire, is a popular pickup location for Hermes parcels. Unfortunately, the printer for labels and payment has been broken for some time, displaying an error message saying it's not connected to the internet. This issue is hindering our ability to print postage labels efficiently. It would be greatly appreciated if Hermes could send an engineer to the station to repair the printer so we can resume our Hermes business smoothly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My mother received a parcel meant for 59a Laverick Road instead of her neighbor. Her address is number 56 Laverick Road. I have since taken the parcel and delivered it to 59a Laverick Road. Please make sure that in the future, delivery cards are not left at 56 Laverick Road for parcels intended for 59a. Thank you.

I spent over £50 to ship a parcel to my son in the United States through Hermes. When I checked the tracking information on their website, it showed the parcel was delayed for five days with no further updates. Now, the parcel has been returned to me with a landmark label covering the original delivery paperwork. Despite multiple attempts to contact Hermes via phone and email, I have not received any response. Consequently, my son and his new wife won't receive their gifts until January. The parcel I received back has been damaged, with holes pierced into it, and I now have to take it to the post office myself due to my disability. I am extremely upset and plan to escalate this issue by contacting Hermes' corporate office and informing the newspapers about my experience. Recently, I received an email from landmark stating they were never given the parcel, and another email from Hermes asking me to contact their customer service, the same one I have emailed multiple times without any response.

I left my parcel with a neighbor and received two cards, but only one parcel was delivered. One card mentioned that the parcel is at the bottom of a bin, while the other did not provide any helpful information. I am concerned as the items in the parcel are Christmas presents for my two-year-old daughter. Both tracking numbers show that the parcels have been delivered, but there seems to be a discrepancy with the two cards and only one parcel being received.

I am reaching out as my friend, Mrs. J. R., has recently purchased two parcels for my husband, N. C., and me, M. C. She intended for them to be sent to our address at 18 Farley Dell, Coleford, Radstock, BA3 5PJ. I am inquiring about my tracking number [redacted][redacted]. I received an email on 30 Nov stating that my parcel was on its way. However, I received no further updates. I visited the parcel shop on 11 Dec but was informed that my parcel was not there. After contacting Hermes warehouse and speaking with Keiran and Chris, Keiran mentioned a system error that may have caused the lack of notification for parcel pick up. I was advised to check back at the parcel shop on 13 Dec. Upon calling Hermes on this date, Chris informed me that the parcel was delivered to Frews News at the parcel shop. Unfortunately, Frews News stated they did not have my parcel. Despite speaking to Chris and being asked to call back tomorrow, it's vital that I locate my parcel promptly, especially since these are Christmas gifts ordered in advance. I urge you to investigate this matter urgently and provide me with an update. Thank you.

I called your contact number because I did not receive my parcel today. It was scheduled for delivery between 9-11am. Despite the automated message stating it has been delivered, I have not received it. There was no specific information given, and I did not receive an email or text confirmation. I purchased a £70 item from Superdry online as a Christmas gift. The tracker shows it arrived at the depot on November 28th. However, I haven't received it, despite numerous attempts to contact Hermes and Superdry by phone. I'm frustrated, as I can't get through to anyone for help.
