My parcel was not delivered to my address as indicated. Instead, it was accepted by another person at a different address in Newcastle, Oakfield Road, not Oakfield Terrace as stated. This is very concerning, and I consider it fraudulent activity. Yesterday, Hermes delivered another parcel without my signature. The delivery driver admitted to signing it himself due to being busy. He initially attempted to deliver it to a non-existent address and ended up delivering it to the wrong address, where it was signed for by someone else. I am frustrated as this parcel contains my daughter's main Christmas present. The order number is [redacted][redacted]. The delivery driver promised to resolve the issue today but has not returned as he said he would.

I received an email today informing me that my parcel was delivered to my work address at 1:56 PM with an "X" in the signature box. Despite being at my workplace all day, I did not receive it. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. Could you please update me on the whereabouts of my parcel and provide details on how you determine the actual delivery location? Additionally, could you clarify why a mere "X" is considered an acceptable authorized signature by a major courier company? Who is liable in this situation? I eagerly await your prompt response.

The tracking information indicates an unsuccessful delivery attempt at 10:59, claiming no one was available to receive the package. However, there was someone present at my address, and no delivery card was left as proof of an attempted delivery. Despite clear instructions posted on my front door regarding alternative delivery options, such as leaving the package with a neighbor or placing it in our designated bin, these instructions were blatantly disregarded. Instead, the item was carelessly dumped in the nearby school's car park. This irresponsible behavior by your courier not only risked damaging the package but also displayed a lack of regard for proper delivery procedures. I urge you to address this issue promptly. Hello, I received a note today stating that a parcel was left on top of my Blue Bin, but upon checking, I couldn't find it there or in any of the bins nearby. I'm surprised that a delivery would be left in such an exposed location. The tracking number on the slip is [redacted]5, and other than the date, there isn't much information. I have missed three delivery attempts. My address is easily accessible, and I have even provided instructions to leave the parcel in the shed. Yet, the attempts have been unsuccessful, and I have been waiting at home each time. I request that my parcel be delivered tomorrow afternoon.

I had a parcel delivered, but the driver didn't leave a card or ring the doorbell. We were home, and now we don't know where the parcel is. I'd like to discuss this matter with someone, but I can't find a contact number. Please locate where the driver left the parcel. In the future, kindly remind Hermes drivers to ring the doorbell to prevent these issues. Thank you.

I waited for a delivery and received an email notifying me of a change in the delivery time between 7pm and 9pm today, 12.12.19. When I checked the tracking at 8:56 pm, it still showed as with the courier. However, at 9:05 pm, I received an email claiming a delivery attempt was made at 8:48 pm, which is untrue as there were five people at home, and no attempt was made. Two others in my area experienced the same issue at the same times, indicating a common problem with the courier service here. I am eager to know the new delivery schedule for my package. Thank you.

I would like to change the delivery address of my parcel and have it redirected. I attempted to do this online and paid £2.85, but after completing the process, your website instructed me to take my label to a local pick-up store for return. I've had difficulty with your customer service options and support in simply changing the address. It seems impossible to reach anyone by phone, and your website hasn't been helpful either. I was instructed to contact you to reschedule my failed delivery but haven't been given any guidance on how to proceed. I am missing an item from my order. The delivery was scheduled between 6pm and 10pm, but it arrived at 13:24. The delivery person left the parcel outside the front door, even though I don't have a porch. I found a note saying it was left in the porch, which is inaccurate. The package, a Christmas gift I paid almost £70 for, was left in an insecure area where anyone could take it. I request a refund or replacement for the lost item due to the delivery error.

Hello, I received two parcels today, and unfortunately, both bags had been tampered with and opened. The items inside, a baby pink fleece duvet and some cushions, were not of high value. I suspect the individual tampering was hoping for something more valuable like expensive clothing. I recommend tracking the delivery staff member who delivered my parcels for investigation. It may also be worth looking into other individuals who loaded the packages onto the van in case they are involved in missing parcels.

I have contacted Hermes multiple times from the ME5 8BX area, but the service I received was disgraceful. Despite receiving an email stating that my parcel was left in a safe place, I have not found it after searching everywhere, including with family, neighbors, and checking safe spots. Both myself and my son did not sign for our parcels, but they were allegedly delivered without any notification. The lack of a calling card is also concerning. The package was simply left by the front door in the morning, which is unacceptable. I demand action from Hermes, and if necessary, I will escalate my complaint further. I received an email from Groupon on Saturday the 7th, informing me that my parcel had been dispatched, but I haven't received any further updates. Upon checking the tracking information last night, it shows that Hermes supposedly delivered my parcel on Saturday the 7th at 1:21 pm and it was signed for. However, my husband was at home all day and we did not receive any package or find a missed delivery slip. The bar code number provided is [redacted][redacted]. I suspect the parcel may have been delivered to the wrong address. This item is a gift for my best friend, so I would appreciate a prompt resolution. Thank you for your assistance.

I have been experiencing issues with missing parcels for 2 months now. I have sent compensation forms to Hermes over 2 weeks ago, but I have not received any news from them. Additionally, there was an undelivered parcel over 2 weeks ago, and Hermes insists they made the delivery even though no attempted delivery cards were left, and the recipient was at the residence. Overall, Hermes has been unhelpful, unconcerned, and ineffective in resolving these problems. I would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be rectified.

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] I received notification that my package was delivered at 11.59 a.m. and left on my porch. However, the delivery photo only shows a man's leg, which does not provide sufficient proof that the package was actually left in my secure and hidden porch. In the two years I've lived here, I have never had any issues with packages being left on my porch, including two deliveries last month. Upon returning home from work on the 12th, the parcel was not in the porch. This package is crucial as it cost £45.98 and contains the only Christmas gift my daughter needs for work. Replacing it is not financially feasible for me at the moment.

Yesterday, I got an email stating that my package was delivered at 4:20 pm. However, it claimed the parcel was posted through the letterbox, which is not possible since the item is curtains. I searched everywhere it could have been left but couldn't find it. The delivery photo is completely black, adding to my frustration. Now I have to reorder everything and deal with the claiming process.

Parcel [redacted][redacted] was supposed to arrive yesterday between 3 and 7 and then the delivery time got changed to 5 and 9, but unfortunately, it never showed up. When I tracked the parcel, it mentioned there was a problem with the delivery. I am confused by this delay, as it seems to be an issue with the driver encountering problems throughout the day, resulting in the extension of the delivery time. I recently received an email from Hermes, stating that a parcel from Morphe Cosmetics was delivered through my door. However, I was at home during the supposed delivery, and no one rang my doorbell. Strangely, there was no parcel in sight. The confirmation email included a photo showing the delivery person's hand, and I could even see a ring on their finger, along with a parcel partially inserted in the letterbox. I received the email at 10:42, and within a minute, I checked outside and even texted my daughter about the situation. I'm puzzled as to why the delivery person didn't ring the doorbell and why they photographed the parcel only partially inside the letterbox.

I completed an online form on Hermes to return my parcel, but encountered issues with the payment process. I unintentionally made double payment of £2.80 each. I now seek either a pick-up for my parcel and a refund for one payment, or a full refund for both duplicate payments. Unfortunately, I lack a 16-digit number since the item was a Christmas gift without packaging or paperwork. I can provide a bank screenshot as proof of payment. My phone does not allow calls to premium numbers, so I am unable to contact them via phone.

My package was delivered by a courier named Tim on Wednesday at 1:43 pm to my neighbor at 26 Wellington Grove. The person who signed for it was listed as Abby, although nobody by that name lives there. The delivery was scheduled for Tuesday between 1-3 pm, but no one showed up, causing me to miss my JD parcel. The tracking number for my package is [redacted][redacted].
