I am still awaiting my parcels since October and you still have not resolved this . Cant get through on any of the telephone numbers given your service is abysmal i have paid for these items as have so many other people you have not delivered to . If i do not get any feedback from you i am going to put this into the hands of the Ombudsman .

Hi there, I have been waiting for a parcels since **th October which apparently you said you had delivered at **.**. When i contacting the retailer I ordered off Geniemania ( America) they said according to their records you have delivered through my letter box. The tracking no is:**************** no way would you get the parcel*parcels through a letter box so that's a liar. I have now again contact Geniemania to follow this up as i said they are paying for a service their NOT GETTING . I would like this resolved please as this has now been * weeks iv'e been waiting .
