I dropped off a package at your designated location last Monday with tracking number [redacted][redacted] and barcode PO509772. Unfortunately, there hasn't been much movement since it was picked up on Monday. I'm concerned about the slow progress and sometimes when I input these details, it says the tracking number cannot be traced. Can you please investigate why this is happening and provide an update on the status of my parcel? Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with MyHermes as a parcel I shipped seems to be lost. Unfortunately, I am unable to get through to their customer service. Their phone line directs me to email or online chat, but no email address is provided. When attempting online chat, I am informed I am number [redacted] in the queue, and the chat keeps crashing, making it impossible to wait. I need assistance in reaching this company to address the lost parcel problem, even though I do not wish to engage their services again in the future due to this experience.

I received a "sorry I missed you" notice stating my item is in the Recycle Bin, but there's nothing there. Online tracking claims the item was delivered and signed for, but I haven't signed anything, and the signature looks fake. The item is missing, possibly stolen. I am appalled and plan to report this theft and forged signature to the authorities. - L. Swinton

Hello, I recently attempted to return a parcel to the Studio Catalogue. I filled in all the necessary details on your website. However, when I tried to confirm the payment, the confirmation did not appear after pressing the button. I attempted this process four times but decided to stop assuming an error on the site. To my surprise, I noticed on my Ocean credit card account that there are four pending payments of £2.80 each, totaling £11.20. I waited for a week expecting the pending amounts to be refunded automatically, but they have been deducted from my account. My billing address is 7 Campion Drive, Donnington Wood, Telford, Shropshire TF2 7RH. Kindly reach out via email to explain how I can recover these charges. On Saturday, November 16th, I was at home indoors when I got an email notification that my parcel was delivered at 15:43. Nobody knocked or signed for the package, but when I checked, only an illegible mark was made as a signature, which is not mine. The seller and I attempted to resolve this through eBay, but our case was closed without a satisfactory resolution. eBay mentioned they require proof of non-delivery from the delivery service. I believe my package was either delivered to the wrong address or not delivered at all, and the signature seems unreliable. I am now at a loss of £10.50 for the printer cartridge and shipping. I seek assistance in sorting out this matter.

I am frustrated as you have yet to correct the phone number in your email. This has not been resolved, and your service is disappointing. My order was missing a white Nike t-shirt in a size small. Please review your depot and improve your customer service.

My John Lewis parcel was out for delivery today with an expected time between 2pm - 4pm. By 5pm, it had not arrived, so I checked the Hermes tracking which indicated a delay. Unfortunately, this situation has occurred twice before, and once I did not receive the parcel at all, leading me to believe one of the drivers took my son's Christmas present. I am greatly disappointed in your company and if the parcel, which is crucial for my son's Christmas, does not arrive by tomorrow, I will have to escalate this matter. Your history of mishandling parcels is unacceptable and must be addressed promptly.

Hello, I would like to report that our company has made two delivery attempts to 25 Harvestfields Way, Sutton Coldfield, B75 5TH. The parcel reference numbers provided are [redacted]3 and [redacted]2. Unfortunately, we were unable to find a 16-digit code required on the website for further tracking. We are puzzled as to why the delivery person did not attempt to deliver the package to the neighbor at number 23, who is usually home during the day. Is there any possibility of arranging the next delivery attempt to knock on number 23 if we are not available at our address? Thank you.

I have been attempting to reach out to Hermes for almost three days without any luck. One of my parcels was sent back to the depot due to extremely inconvenient delivery times. The deliveries are scheduled for Saturdays, Sundays, or between 6pm and 9pm during the week at a school address. Despite trying various phone numbers, I have been unable to get through to anyone. The online services have also been unhelpful, leaving me stuck in a loop. Another delivery is expected tonight, but there won't be anyone available to receive it. I've encountered the same issue when arranging parcel collections. I am desperate to speak to someone who can communicate with the delivery person to avoid further time wastage for both parties.

I received an email from Hermes stating that my parcel was delivered at 15:46 today. I was at home the entire day, and no one rang my buzzer. I checked my letterbox and the entry hall, but there is no calling card. I have tried calling their numbers, but it's all automated, and their live chat is also with a robot. I am unable to find an email address on their website to contact them. Their customer service seems to be non-existent. I simply want to receive my parcel. After four days of checking the tracking system and getting no resolution, I am beyond frustrated. I received a notification that my parcel was left in a secure outbuilding, but I don't have one. My car was out front for a garage collection, and when I returned home, I found a card from Hermes saying the parcel was under the front bumper, which it wasn't. I recently made a purchase from John Lewis, and my item was delivered by Hermes. However, there was an issue with the delivery as John Lewis mistakenly input the wrong house number. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach Hermes as their email contact is no longer available and their phone number is now a premium rate line ([redacted]0), which is difficult for me as a customer on a limited income. Despite trying their live chat, after waiting for an hour, I was disconnected. It's frustrating that correcting a simple address mistake has become so challenging. John Lewis mentioned that my address would be corrected and I should receive an email confirmation, but I have yet to receive any update. Additionally, the delivery was not signed for, so there's a risk of my parcel being delivered to a neighbor. I am disappointed that for two consecutive days, there has been a failure to attempt delivery without any explanation provided. I would appreciate speaking with a representative directly instead of being routed to an automated phone system that disconnects me. Understanding why the package was supposedly given to a driver and then delayed for hours, only to be rescheduled for the next day without success is frustrating. I am adjusting my schedule to accommodate your delivery times, and basic courtesy would suggest a level of goodwill on your end. If there are no available drivers, perhaps offering a pickup location where I could retrieve the items myself would be a viable solution.

I have been struggling to print the label for my parcel. Unfortunately, every attempt has resulted in a blank label. I have tried contacting you through multiple phone numbers and emails, but have had no success with either. I placed an order on Beauty Bay this week and opted for next day delivery through Hermes. Unfortunately, I have not received my package yet. I also made another purchase yesterday with next day delivery and have yet to receive either package. I was expecting them today, but according to the website, the courier is supposed to handle deliveries between 7-9 pm. It's nearly 10 pm now, so I doubt it will arrive today. I really hope they refund me the extra money I paid for next day delivery since the packages did not arrive as promised.

I have a package scheduled for delivery through Hermes. They notified me two days ago that it would arrive between 5-9 pm, but it did not. The same thing happened yesterday, and today I received another email with a similar delivery timeframe. I am frustrated because I cannot stay at home every day waiting for a package. The item was picked up last Friday, and it should have arrived in London from Brighton by tomorrow, which will be a full seven days. What can I do to resolve this situation?

Hello, I have been eagerly awaiting a package from Holland & Barrett with next day delivery since Monday, December 2, [redacted]. It's now Thursday, December 5, and the parcel has still not arrived. Despite paying £3.99 for expedited delivery, which Holland & Barrett has since refunded, the service has been very disappointing. The tracking number for the parcel is [redacted][redacted]. I am extremely dissatisfied with Hermes' delivery service and find this situation completely unacceptable.

I received a confirmation that £[redacted] worth of Christmas goods were delivered and signed for, but we never received the items. The delivery confirmation states it was delivered at 6:39 pm and signed for as "Porch," even though we were home and no one came to our door. I am requesting the name of the driver and their address to report the incident to the police for theft. The delivery reference number is [redacted][redacted]. If I don't hear back in an hour, I will go to the depot and involve the police. Please inform the Regional Security Manager.

While I was on holiday, two items I ordered from eBay were delivered by Hermes. The delivery driver left them in the bin, and unfortunately, the items were taken. I require a formal letter from you confirming that my items were left in an unsecured location, which will be necessary for eBay to process a refund. If this is not possible, I kindly request guidance on how to pursue a refund from Hermes for the items, which were valued at nearly £70. Thank you. - Joseph G.
