I am so disappointed with the service from Hermes. After paying for collection from my house, I had to then take my parcel to my local Hermes returns after * days waiting in for your courier. I then had to drive * days later to my local Hermes, which is * miles away to Standon, Hertfordshire, because Hermes were having problems with their collection service. I called many times on the helpline and no response so I ended up going through yourselves.**After a conflict conversation with the Hermes drop off, I have now heard from the destination - Tesco-Outlet, that my return has been damaged in transport the box has been opened and they will not repair the TV*Combi. I have taken out the insurance for damage in transit. The cost of this item is £***. Please find attached photos that have been sent by the recipient.**I have a ** day window with Tesco-Outlet so will appreciate your quick response to this problem.**This was a Christmas present for my Granddaughter's **** and they are very disappointed that this has been returned.
