Having posted a parcel with you, as my sole carrier, I was expecting the usual quality and reliability. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the parcel * **************** posted on ********. The recipient has never got the items purchased from me, as the parcel was not delivered contrarily to your records that show "delivered on ******** at **:**.*After deliberating with the customer, who is expecting a full refund of £***.**, it was agreed to check the CCTV system in place at the address to find out where the "SAFE PLACE" mentioned in your records was, as no card was left.*What happened in the footage is astonishing: NO one has even approached the address at the time stated in your records!!*Something is not right and I would like to have an answer for this situation.*Please be advised that I never mention a safe place when I fill the postage form, as there is no such thing as a safe place when you post parcels worth well over £***.**, and I expect the * attempts to deliver as standard to be respected.*Please get back to me as soon as you have any news on the matter, as I have a furious customer waiting for a full refund for no fault of my own.*If you prefer, my phone * is *********** and I will be more than happy to talk.**Many thanks.
