send one parcel to one customer ... P*G ******** tracking **-***-**-********-* left me on *th December - there are ** tracking history entries - I've entered into * Live Chats with Parcel*Go chat line - but the parcel has STILL not been delivered- THREE times I have asked LC operators to return the parcel to me - but they are only trained with specific scripts, and whilst pleasant and polite - each one was unable to assist me - NO LC with Hermes - phone * on website 'falls out' - so I'm back in the nil-response circle!!!**Resolution * Hermes! stop stalling - send the parcel BACK to me so that Royal Mail can deliver it to my customer!!!
by purchasing this service well in advance of the Christmas rush - the customer assumed they would have received the parcel*by dispatching the parcel via Hermes * day service - I assumed it would be delivered by *****th December **** - but according to tracking information it is still is hub sorting!!!!

I have used Hermes service for over four years - but will NOT use them again after this experience
* live Chat Line contacts - checked tracking history (** entries!!) on a daily basis - contact customer for additional information - passed that information onto Hermes courier * still no resolution
