I ordered items for next day delivery on pretty little thing on December **th and they have not come. I received a text on the **st saying it was coming, it didn’t. Same text on the **nd, it didn’t come. They said they tried to deliver at **.**am Saturday (the text was send at **.**am saying it was coming *-*pm?) which can’t be true as everyone was in. There’s even a sticker on our door saying where the safe place is if no one is home which PLT has used several times before. No ‘you’ve missed your delivery’ card was left either, it is extremely clear this is all a lie. Anyway if delivery was really attempted then it must be at a depot near me so where is it and can I pick it up myself seeing as this delivery service is incapable. Order*tracking number: *********
