My daily morning drive thru stop. This morning about *:** am in your drive thru made my order pulling up to window a man was standing there getting something from cashier in window once I pulled up cashier came back to window then gave my price then walked away just standing in front of where the food comes I say hello hello then blow my horn he comes back to window I say what's with the hold up? He I'm by myself I say that's not my problem then he closes window in my face an called manger. Manger came up I say how rude the cashier was she say all that was the homeless guy that comes every morning I say to her thats not my problem before I could finish telling her what problem was she cuts me off an say why are you yelling I say I'm not also she has an ATTITUDE as well. Next thing I know she REFUSED SERVICE. Which I know you have the right to but this was WRONG. Never got a GOOD MORNING I'M SORRY NO trying too UNDERSTAND the CUSTOMER NO NOTHING this is RIDICULOUS RIDICULOUS SERVICES! Don't want anything other than make a COMPLAINT! What happen to customers is always RIGHT! The location Beach Island SC. Thank You
