Want to exchange a sander that was purchased second week of July. It stopped working. Harbor Freight captured my profile information incorrectly the receipt isn’t pulling up. This is the Company we use for all our home needs etc. We never had to return or exchange an item until now and discovered the profile information was entered in the system incorrectly. Please help us with this matter we just want to exchange the item and have our information entered correctly so this doesn’t happen again. One of the great services Harbor Freight provides new and excising valued customers is they can purchase an item leaving with the ease and satisfaction knowing their purchase history is on file so there no haggle when trying to return or exchange items with a warranty customers are entitled to.
