Hello, I'm having problems with accessing my account. It kept saying incorrect when I typed my password in so clearly I was typing it in wrong, but I have been locked out of my account. When resetting security details it asks for me to 'generate security code', however I do not have this option or a menu on my app so I'm very confused. I don't know if this is to do with the fact that the app is on my iPad and my iphone (without a SIM), so they are not linked with a phone number? I also don't know if this has anything to do with the fact that I don't have a digital secure key or not sure how to activate it, as the directions to activate require logging on and I as explained I can't. I really need help as I really need to access my account. Thank you.
