I took out a cash ISA with santander ********* last year March **th **** in branch as always prefer to deal with a person. I received a reminder it matures so decided to move to Virginmoney not understanding the process I transferred the money to them direct because of the situation thought i would have to deal this myself, knowing this is not correct I have sent a web chat to Santander asking them if I could pay the money back to them because I have now had two accounts in one year the reply has come back to contact you. I am sorry to contact you I have never had an ISA before and always go into a branch and deal direct, this is my pension savings I do not want to be in such a muddle as we are all just trying to survive this terrible virus . Virginmoney now have the maturity date as **.*.** so am I at a total loss here, can you help me please. WM******D Mandy Haddow
