Help with my HM Passport Office issue

my wife and my daughter have applied for passports colette marie chapple and layla angel mo chapple my wife has supplied our marriage certificate with our daughter layla's birth certificate for layla's application and we have sent it to glasgow passport office we have a letter here ref no ********** asking for the marriege certificate which has been sent with layla's application also we have recieved a letter from the glasgow office asking for my wife colettes birth certificate which she has sent off with her application ref no ********** these have both been sent off to different passport offices so you will need to get these from the relevant offices as they posses them hope this makes sense
