I just sign up for a different Wireless plan with AT&T, which came with HBO Max included. When I signed up for HBO Max, I didn't see the provider button on my phone. I signed the wrong way. I gave a credit card thinking that some of the service might be charged otherwise. After talking with another AT&T rep, I learned it was wrong. I canceled my subscription to HBO Max. I really need to delete the subscription all together to start a new one with my ID as *****@***.com Can you please delete my account, so I can recreate it the right way. Thank you, Keith Chase
