My name is Carolyn Briscoe. I live at Alvista Harmony in Fort Collins, CO. I am about to move out at the end of November ****. I live in building **-***. I have complained about this issue multiple times. That below my stair way there is a puddle of water when it rains or when it snows. I am not the only one that has complained about this. I know my neighbor right across the hall has complained about the same issue. Tonight at between *:**PM - *:**PM **********. I was walking my dog and slipped on the ice right in front of my stair way. Not only slipping, I tried to catch my fall and broke my middle and ring finger nail to the point of blood. I do have pictures of proof. The date and time are on the photo. I am very upset that overtime I have told this issue to the office and nothing is resolved. Even typing this has been killing me but I am fed up. I informed them about my sink leaking, informed them about my AC going out and over a month is wasn't working, my hot water heater, and many multiple other things. After my water heater getting fixed the plumber burnt my carpet. I let them know that it had happened and took pictures but after got no response. They told me that the sink would be fixed in a few days. That was over two weeks ago and its still leaking all under my sink cabinet. This time* was the last. I swear I hope to not have any issues moving out of any thing on my self or my place because I've told them everything and things either have taken forever to fixed or have not been fixed at all. I would feel it would just be trying to come back at me since I have had so many issues. I can't complain anymore and if I need to get a lawyer I will. I have many pictures of many things that I should not have to worry about while living in an apartment. Once I receive an email regarding this, I will send a picture of my hand, that is still bleeding because I can not obviously go to the office because nothing will be done, or hospital because of that fact moving is expensive. I live in the apartment with my fianc* and my father that has early Dementia. What if that was him and he passed from falling. It's not okay and its not just about me. I am moving out in less the a month, but what if something even worse happens to the next tenant. Please contact me back as soon as possible or I will be forced to take legal action.
