I contacted grammarly support yesterday, *****, the same day when I got charged for the Annual Subscription. I made a mistake purchasing the plan because I was billed ***$ on my account. I told them it was an accident and that I could barely afford the bill and wanted a refund. I also added that I would purchase the monthly plan of **$ if they wouldn't pay for the full refund, but I would still be receiving majority of the amount I paid from the Annual subscription (about ***$).
I was shocked that they don't tolerate refunds because so many people have made the same honest mistake.
I need a refund.
I have used Grammarly since **** and will continue to do so, but will also be cautious in the future.
I contacted them and was said they would get back to me in **-** hours so I just have to wait.

I was responded today, a few days after I told them about mistake for buying the annual subscription and they emailed back saying they don’t give out refunds. But, I was given a partial refund of ***$ to switch to the monthly plan of **.**$ (not the plan that you have to pay in one billing of sixty dollars).
Please help with my Grammarly issue
