My children where trying to enjoy a meal for the first time at this restaurant. ... The new restaurant in Syracuse NY has had * violent physical altercations including customers and employees today my two daughters and my niece went to the this new restaurant and one of the employees new my daughter and started to threaten her with violence and then included other staff members the management put her on another side but still kept her on the floor and she the worker still continue to harass my daughter and bring other employees into this the whole time that my kids were there I want somebody in management to call me this is unacceptable this is supposed to be a family restaurant and racist violence slurs and threats have no place in a family restaurant . Now the restaurant is new so my daughter had no idea who work there the manager asked her my daughter if she why would she come to the restaurant if she knew that the girl work there while we did not know that she worked there and even if we did it's a family restaurant do you don't do that and if she allows her employees to act like that towards customers maybe she shouldn't be a manager the girl was making racist comments at my daughter because my daughter's white and that's just come on where does that come in a family restaurant I want this to be handled because you know it's wrong it's really wrong.
Racist slurs and violence have no place in a family restaurant so I think management and maybe some employees should be fired.
I want to see management take this seriously and end this racial **** regardless of what color my kids are racial slurs have no place in family restaurants so I think people that are racist of anybody shouldn't be working at this restaurant.
my children came for the first time to enjoy your meal at this restaurant they're good customers because they're not the ones that started any problems that was your employees and it's not the first time on the local news outlets here in Syracuse New York * * and * this restaurant has been on the news for violent altercations including employees and customers.
I have filled out every form that I can think of before I call the news station to get hold of the CEO so maybe this will work if not I will be calling you know I'll wait until at least Wednesday before I contact the media.
