Hi, I have been communicating with Gobble over the issue that our box arrived * days late this week. It was postmarked June **th and arrived today June **th. Despite being told by Gobble that the food is good for ** hours, the ice has melted and the chemicals from the ice pack have leaked onto the plastic zipped bags, which some of were not securely closed. Although, we enjoy the taste of the meals we do get with Gobble, we keep having reoccurring issues. we are often missing ingredients-this happens a lot and it makes it difficult to prepare a full meal, when we have to use our own household groceries to complete a Gobble meal that we have already paid for In full. It is unsafe to eat the food from this weeks meal box which I am throwing out, so I am confirming that we will be fully refunded for the * meals this week. I am also requesting that you add credit to our account for the disruption Gobble has caused us this week. We now have to purchase dinner * times this week, which in Nyc can be upwards of ** dollars a meal, more than each of the Gobble meals, which we choose to buy because of the money we are supposed to save by using your service. This is unacceptable. Please inform me of how Gobble plans to deal with this.Thank you, Adam Bragar
