Hello, I have been in contact with Gobble regarding the delayed delivery of our order this week. The package was delayed by 2 days, arriving on June 13th instead of June 11th. Despite Gobble's assurance that the food is safe for 72 hours, the ice pack had melted, leaking chemicals onto the plastic bags, some of which were not sealed properly. While we enjoy the meals from Gobble, we consistently encounter issues like missing ingredients, forcing us to use our own groceries to complete the meals we have paid for. Due to the safety concerns with this week's box, I have disposed of the food and am requesting a full refund for the 3 meals. Additionally, I am asking for credit to be added to our account to compensate for the inconvenience caused. Having to buy dinner three times this week in NYC, where each meal can cost upwards of $60, is more expensive than the Gobble meals we purchase to save money. This situation is unsatisfactory, and I would appreciate clarification on the resolution from Gobble. Thank you, A. Bragar

I recently ordered from Gobble and unfortunately, the delivery was not good. Despite multiple attempts, it was challenging to reach someone for assistance. Finally, I spoke to a representative who mentioned a partial refund of 80%. However, I was unexpectedly charged for a second box I did not want. They claimed it couldn't be canceled, promising a manager would contact me - which hasn't happened after 3 days. Moreover, the refund percentage mentioned in the email from the representative was only 50%. Despite my repeated calls, I faced being disconnected. The customer service has been unhelpful in resolving these issues satisfactorily.

I had an issue with my recent Gobble order. My order totaling $[redacted] was split, and I received less than half initially. Although the missing part was credited, the next day's delivery was incomplete again, causing inconvenience. Michael then reverted the credit, mentioning absorbing the error costs. However, the $13 credit I received seems insufficient and impractical for me. As a Camp Fire survivor currently residing in a travel trailer on a tight budget due to losing my house in November, these discrepancies are upsetting. I intended to apply the credit to my next order, only to have it revoked. This situation is unacceptable, prompting my decision to discontinue ordering from Gobble and share my experience with others.
