I need help. Last night at a hotel party, someone drugged me and stole my phone. It seems they were targeting my involvement in cryptocurrency investments. When I realized my phone was missing, I tried calling it and someone had it but then turned it off. Later, they turned it back on and accessed all my Google accounts, changing passwords, and even began sending emails to my clients pretending to be me. I can't access my accounts or prove my identity as they changed all the information. I need help to regain control of my email. Please reach out to me at [redacted]

My information was hacked, and it appeared like my ex-fiance was responsible. I lost access to my Gmail account, [redacted], as the password was changed. Now I am unable to recover it. They linked a recovery account, Brandy Brown [redacted], which I no longer have access to. There was a Nest device on the Wi-Fi router that I was unaware of. My Gmail account contains sensitive information like credit card details, banking information, and recordings of illegal activity conducted without my knowledge. My name is Christopher Palmer, the account under the name Chance Taken had the phone number [redacted], and my current number is [redacted]-[redacted]. This incident has set me back in my work and studies by 6 months to a year. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Our developers are currently working on integrating SMTP settings into our iOS app to enable email notifications sent from the app to our Gmail account ([redacted]). We have activated POP download and IMAP access in the account, but we are facing challenges with integrating the Google API correctly. When attempting to send an email from the app through the API, we encountered the following error: "RefreshError at /api/v1/users/forget-user-password/ ('unauthorized_client: Client is unauthorized to retrieve access tokens using this method, or client not authorized for any of the scopes requested.', {'error': 'unauthorized_client', 'error_description': 'Client is unauthorized to retrieve access tokens using this method, or client not authorized for any of the scopes requested.'})" The email account we are trying to connect via SMTP is an administrator account, which makes it puzzling why we are encountering this issue. Any assistance to help us resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dylan

Our team is currently working on integrating SMTP settings into our app to enable email notifications to be sent from the app to our Gmail account. Hello, I believe my email account has been hacked. When I try to recover my forgotten password, I am asked for security information. One of the options is to provide the phone number linked to my Gmail account, but the issue is that the number does not match the area code of my location. Also, when I attempt to use my recovery email, it shows a completely different email address that I have never used before. The main problem is that I cannot recall the details of this hacked account since it has been inactive for 3 or 4 years. I have forgotten all the information needed to recover it, including the actual phone number and recovery email. The information on the account seems to have been changed by someone unknown to me. Can you assist me in recovering it?

I have been struggling to access my gmail account, [redacted], for a while now due to an incorrect password. Despite knowing past passwords and having the recovery phone number linked to my home phone (which doesn't receive texts since it's inactive), I am at a loss without the recovery email address. If anyone could assist me in recovering my account, that would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking to recover my email address that I lost a few years ago, [redacted] The email was lost when my phone broke, and I didn't save the details because I was young. I created the email either in Lithuania (Kaunas or Kacergine) around [redacted] or in Germany (Stolberg) around [redacted]. I want to retrieve it to access some important data. I usually use passwords like mykolas1234, mykolas2001, mykolas123321, and variations of these. I had various accounts linked to this email, including for games like Roblox, adult websites, and others. Due to memory issues, I struggle to recall all the specifics but I'm willing to try. I've been known to create multiple email accounts for work, social activities, and more, which further complicates the process.

Hello, I am currently unable to access my Gmail account as I have forgotten all the recovery information associated with it: both the password and the means to reset it. I can't remember the invented date of birth, country, city, etc. of this secondary email address. Windows is refusing to reset my password because I couldn't prove ownership of the email address. However, Google recognizes my Gmail account since I remember old passwords. It keeps asking to send a 6-digit verification code to this secondary email address, which I can't access. Having failed multiple times to fill out the form, I am helpless in regaining access to my Gmail account. I would greatly appreciate it if you could add either my phone number or another recovery email address. My Gmail account is [redacted] Thank you in advance for your assistance. Sincerely, Anne

Hello, My name is Grant Gets and I reside in South Africa. My date of birth is March 25th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my Google account was compromised by some acquaintances who gained unauthorized access through their Google console and took full control. They changed my password and admin status without my consent. The issue arose when I lent my tablet to a friend who then shared it with a roommate. They managed to access my account by restoring data and obtaining my passwords. My account, [redacted], which I've had for over 10 years, is vital for my business. I suspect the individuals responsible are two females proficient in Google adsense and workspace. They tampered with my settings, making it challenging for me to recover my account. I have evidence of their actions and how they've manipulated the system to their advantage. I've attempted to regain access through recovery options, but it seems futile. I believe there's a glaring security vulnerability that allows unauthorized individuals to gain admin rights. I've even tried to regain access by guessing their password, "Harrypotter246," which shockingly worked up to the verification stage. I am desperate to reclaim control of my account and remove any unauthorized admins permanently. Any assistance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Grant Gets

A friend experienced a hacking incident on their Google account, possibly by someone in the U.S. After receiving a notification about a new login, they were abruptly logged out and the password was changed, locking them out of their account. The account had sentimental items, including a linked YouTube channel named xoxoerxcka with private videos. Unfortunately, they had not set up additional recovery options like alternative emails or phone numbers, making the recovery process challenging. The affected email is [redacted] Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. You can reach me at my Gmail for any follow-up. Thank you and have a pleasant day!

I am having trouble accessing my Google account, which is essential to me as it is linked to many important aspects of my life. I have my username, password, and believe I recognize the account profile picture from another account. However, I am unable to sign in due to the two-step verification process. Despite not having recovery codes, I am confident in my account information. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm access as the account is not on the current device for screen lock verification. I took precautions by signing out of other devices. The account was recently on my son's Amazon Fire tablet but now needs reauthorization for updates. I am willing to verify my identity in other ways except using the device. I need help bypassing the two-step verification temporarily to update my recovery contact details. I have tried unsuccessfully to speak with a live representative for Gmail account recovery. This account is vital, linking to my bank, entertainment, Google Play family account, services I pay for, and other important aspects of my life. Regaining access to this account is urgent. Your assistance in achieving this is greatly appreciated.

Recently, I noticed that my Google account storage was full, so I decided to clear some Google photos to make room. It took me approximately 5 days to complete this process. During that time, due to the full storage, I did not receive any emails in my Gmail account. I am anticipating an important email and was hoping that once I cleared some space, the missing emails might appear in my inbox if they were sent during that period. However, even after creating space, I have not seen any of the missing emails from the 5-day period. I can confirm that I have received emails today, which are the only new messages in my inbox since clearing up the storage.

Hello Team, There are a couple of issues I need help with: Issue 1: Despite taking steps to secure my account by reading all the relevant information, I noticed under "Your Profiles" in the personal info tab that there are two profiles showing in Google Services, one of which is unfamiliar to me. I would like to remove the profile that I am not aware of because it seems linked to playing games and states that my profile and activities are not visible to others unless I change the settings in play games. Issue 2: I have been receiving emails from Google that mention: "This is a copy of a security alert sent to [redacted] [redacted] is the recovery email for this account. If you don't recognize this account, disconnect it." This email is being sent to various email IDs, not just Anthony's.

Hello, this morning my account was hacked. I couldn't log in, and it said the password was changed 9 hours ago. I was not online at that time. I've been using this account since [redacted], and all my information is there. I am very anxious and unsure what to do. It's asking for a Google Authenticator code, but I don't have Google Authenticator. How can I recover my account? My original account is [redacted]

Dear Sir/Madam, On the 7th of August [redacted], my Gmail account ([redacted]) was hacked. I'm having trouble with Gmail labels; they don't seem to stick. This issue has been ongoing since I started using the service, causing me to lose important labels without warning. Another problem I'm facing is trying to delete Facebook messages in my mailbox. There are [redacted] messages that won't delete, preventing me from removing any new ones. I'm hoping to explain my issue clearly in English. For the past few months, I have been unable to locate my sent emails in the "sent" folder or through the search function in other folders. They seem to be lost. Today, I sent a test email to my other email address, which was received, but I couldn't find it in my "sent" folder. I would appreciate hearing back from you. Thank you in advance.
