I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Gmail account. Upon attempting to log in, I am prompted to provide a recovery email address. After inputting the information, an email is dispatched to my recovery email, indicating that an access attempt was made using the correct password, but it was deemed unauthorized. Unfortunately, I am unable to verify my identity as there is no option to confirm that I am the one attempting to sign in. Despite this, no verification code is sent to my recovery email address. Additionally, there are instances where a cell phone number is requested to transmit a verification text, but I solely possess a landline, making this verification method unfeasible. Clicking on the "try another way" option does not yield any results. My Gmail address is [redacted], and if a verification code is necessary, it can be sent to my recovery email address, [redacted]

I have recently been hacked on WhatsApp, and the hackers have gained access to my main email address, [redacted] They have taken control of all my emails, except for this one, but I urgently need help to secure my email account [redacted] to prevent them from accessing my bank account and PayPal. Additionally, both hard disks on my computer have been damaged. Although I initiated some actions to address the issue a few days ago, the hackers still have access to my accounts. Despite attempting to follow Google's instructions, I have encountered obstacles and been unable to complete the necessary steps. The hackers have also used Google Authenticator, an app which I do not have on my phone. This situation has left me feeling vulnerable and desperate for a solution.

I am having an issue with receiving emails to my SMS account that have names and email addresses mentioning Gmail. For example, I received one from Eddiefineberg235gmail.com with the heading "Propertysex.Pictures" at 7:59 AM. Unfortunately, my attempt to stop these messages by replying "Stop" only made things worse. I have tried using a blocker from the App store, but the texts continue to come through. Some of the emails have Russian names but are all in English. Currently, I am having to delete 3 to 5 texts every day, and I am unsure of what caused this influx. My internet provider suggested changing my phone number, but that's not an ideal solution as reassigned numbers often receive calls from debt collectors. Is there a specific department that handles these issues with inappropriate content? My Gmail account is not in use currently, so please contact me through my Yahoo account.

I am experiencing a recurring issue where certain emails in my inbox are automatically showing up in my sent box with a "message has no content" error. This problem affects emails from various senders like Amazon, utility companies, friends, the local library, and my bank among others. I have not been able to identify a pattern as to which emails are affected. I have searched online for a solution without success and even consulted local tech experts who are unfamiliar with this problem. The peculiar thing is that this issue only occurs on my iPhone and iPad when I use the Safari browser with Apple Mail, whereas my MacBook is not affected. I am reaching out for help, but I want to clarify that I will not be providing my credit card information. Any specific guidance or insights you can offer to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Despite trying to answer security questions, I'm directed to old recovery email addresses [redacted] and [redacted], which I can't access. Hi, I'm Garth Johnson. I recently purchased a new phone because the screen on my old one cracked, causing it to stop working. My issue is that I've been struggling to access my email account, [redacted], for hours now as I forgot my password. Previously, I had it set to auto sign-in for a long time, but since switching phones, the password recovery notifications are being sent to my old phone which has a broken screen. This has left me locked out of my primary email account and has affected my access to my linked Facebook account. I have important business matters to attend to and it would be a huge relief if you could help me regain access. Thank you.

A couple of years ago, I mistakenly shared my Gmail account information with someone online, resulting in my account being compromised. Losing my old phone with important data made me less concerned until I realized the value of the information stored on my Gmail account. During the recovery process, I discovered a security question in German, a language unfamiliar to me, indicating the involvement of a German-speaking hacker. Despite entering an old password successfully, I realized the password had been changed. I seek assistance in reclaiming my account as it contains crucial images and links to other accounts. I can provide additional account details to verify ownership if necessary. Thank you for any help you can offer in recovering my Gmail account.

I got signed out of my other account, [redacted], earlier today. I tried to enter my password but couldn't recall it. Even the last password I remember didn't work. Since I don't have a recovery email or phone number, I'm stuck and unable to access this account. I kept my passwords in a Google doc that I can't access now, making it hard to login to my other accounts. Is there a way to reset my password through a different link? I'm using the below gmail as a backup since I can't access [redacted] to send an email. Any help is appreciated.

I recently changed my password for my Gmail account and then immediately forgot it. This account is connected to all my other accounts. I have 2-step authentication enabled and can verify my phone number and the code sent to my phone. However, I am then asked to enter a code from the email that I am locked out of, which seems impossible. How am I supposed to receive an email from an account I can't access? Email: [redacted] What I would like Gmail to do: - Contact me to resolve this issue. - Address the 2-step authentication process that seems to be causing a loop. - Stop asking for a code from an email I can't access.

Someone has created a misleading Gmail account using my name, Ed Gamble, as well as my email address, [redacted], to send fraudulent emails to over [redacted] of my friends. The email requests money and Amazon gift cards for a friend who is supposedly ill with cancer. The scammer changed the "e" to an "s" in the account and used [redacted] for receiving payments. It seems they gained access to my Facebook friend list or email accounts. I urge for the immediate closure of the [redacted] account and for their details to be reported to the authorities for committing fraud. I have taken measures such as changing all passwords and enhancing security on my computer and iPhone with assistance from technicians and AOL support.

My Google account has been compromised and not yet closed. It is linked to other email accounts I created but no longer use or have forgotten to close. I have delayed dealing with this and now want to close these old accounts to ensure they are not connected to my new ones. Various apps are being set up using my information with Google and other platforms. I need help resolving this unauthorized use of my personal information. I had a YouTube account prior to your takeover. Unfortunately, I am unable to sign in now as the second stage of verification requires a mobile phone, which I do not have for security reasons. Google lacks a phone-based customer service option, leaving users like me frustrated. The web help system loops back around with no real solutions. It is disappointing that Google lacks a reliable customer service system, especially for accessing one's own account. I have seen other platforms like the Russian Facebook sending activation codes to landlines. As it stands, I am locked out unless I acquire a mobile phone, which is not ideal. I am hoping for a resolution to this issue soon. Email associated with the YouTube account: [redacted]

I have a Google account created for work purposes to access Google Drive with the email [redacted] I was repeatedly asked by Google to set up a Gmail account associated with the Google Drive. I ended up creating [redacted] to comply. My boss, who is our Google Admin, wants me to remove the Gmail account to solely use [redacted] for Google Drive. Unfortunately, I can't find a way to undo the creation of the Gmail account. When sharing files via Google Drive, they show as coming from [redacted] instead of [redacted], causing confusion. I seek guidance on how to correct this issue either by merging the accounts or disabling the Gmail account. Any assistance from Google on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support. - Olga S.

My email, [redacted], was accessed by my friend for research purposes. Now, he has taken control of the account, changing my recovery information and security settings. This has occurred previously, and I managed to regain access by selecting "try another way" during the recovery process, providing an alternative email address for contact, then waiting 48 hours for verification. However, now when attempting the same steps, it just states I can't sign in. I have no other means to recover it as the recovery phone and email belong to my friend, and I didn't set up security questions. If possible, please assist me in initiating the 48-hour verification process or offer alternative solutions to regain access. Thank you.

My email accounts have been repeatedly hacked, leading to constant changes in my phone settings. There are labels created and confidential emails sent from my account with his name on top. I've noticed a new sign-in from an iPhone 6, a device I don't own but he does. Despite not being active on social media for long periods, my usage history indicates otherwise. Strange emails meant for my ex keep appearing, and numerous hookup sites show up on my phone. The search history on Google and Safari contains items only my ex would search for. Attempts to recover my Gmail account prompt me to check a tablet for a security code, a device I don't have but my ex does. I've taken steps with authorities, Apple, and Google to address this issue, as well as notified Xfinity. My email is crucial for my school work, and being locked out is a significant problem. The police are involved, but I still require assistance to resolve this urgent matter.

Dear Team, I would like to express my gratitude for providing a platform to address my issue. I recently encountered a problem with my Gmail account as I have forgotten my password and did not set up an alternate email address. However, I do have access to the phone number associated with the account. When I attempted to reset my password by clicking "Forgot password," I was prompted to enter an 8-digit backup code which I did not have. Upon trying another method, I was asked to enter a code sent to my mobile number. After entering the 6-digit OTP, it then requested a code sent to my Gmail account, making it impossible for me to proceed as I am trying to recover that very same account. Subsequently, I received a message stating that Google was unable to verify my account. This account is essential to me as it contains important contacts, photos, and documents. I have also attempted to find a toll-free number for Gmail services without success. I humbly seek your assistance in recovering my account and assure you that I will take measures to prevent such incidents in the future by documenting my passwords securely. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and kind regards, Sagar G.

I am having trouble accessing my email because I have forgotten my password. The system is asking me to verify my identity by retrieving a security code G- from my email. Although I successfully received the first code sent to my phone, I cannot proceed as it requires me to provide another valid email address to send me a new code. Unfortunately, this is where I am stuck as I cannot access my email due to the forgotten password. This issue is causing me great frustration, especially as I am in the process of moving and selling my home where my email is crucial for communication with agents and contractors. Now, I am being asked for an alternate email address to receive help with this problem, which is currently inaccessible to me. How can I provide this information if I cannot access my email account?
