I bought a new (refurbished) Dell **** about * weeks ago. It's been one problem after another. Been to a repair shop, had a home visit, got a new wi-fi box. Still, it drops me offline at random when I'm trying to send e-mails. **But now there's another (worse) problem which is why I'm writing to you:*I can't access my gmail because I can't sign in to my Goggle Account. I've tried every combination of passwords and e-mails with no success*regular e-mail: *****@***.com*Recovery e-mail: LaurenH*****@***.com*another associated with Google: ******@***.com*Google Acct. password: ****Lrh! **My son-in-law, who is good with computers, tried* said he'd never seen anything like it. Spent ** minutes on the phone with a Google support tech. who couldn't tell us how to fix it. **This began when I was trying to add Ad Remover. I was told by that program that I'd have to install Firefox, so I did. It seems that Firefox sabotaged my Google Account. After a struggle, I was able to remove Firefox (I think...though I wonder if it's still on my computer.) **I'm still able to receive e-mails on my Android smartphone, so you can contact me that way.**Any help or advice you can give me will be appreciated!
