If you account is disabled then you may not be able to get it back. Most accounts are disabled because of violating Zynga rules.
The issue in GetHuman-lnelsonb's own words
Hi! I have * gmail accounts and neither is working on my iPad, which can access both cellular service and WiFi. The * gmail accounts work on my desktop Mac and my iPhone though. The message I get repeatedly is that “there is no internet connection” for my iPad. But I have airplane mode turned off* WiFi is working normally for other uses in the house* Safari works to access websites online although it’s a slow connection. I turned off the iPad and restarted it, but it was the same result with google. I tried going to google.com using Safari and I get the same “no internet” connection message even though I do get it to access other sites. I tried deleting my gmail account through “settings” on my iPad so that I could try re-installing it, but now I wasn’t able to do that: when I would choose “google” in settings to add an email account, the page comes up briefly, then disappears - repeatedly. So I’m not able to add back the gmail email account on my iPad. I can get gmail through my hard-wired desktop Mac and my iPhone, just not my iPad, so you can email me back at my gmail address, below. Thank you in advance for helping me!

I have an issue with Gmail too
How GetHuman-lnelsonb fixed the problem
When I went to a shop with different WiFi from ours at home, I tried reinstalling my gmail account and it worked. Then I realized the problem was with my iPad not getting the home WIFi properly. But curiously, when I arrived back home, I didn’t need to do anything and the situation rectified itself.
