MY NAME IS SAMANTHA SHULTS. I am a GlossyBox subscriber for almost *yrs. In that time i have moved twice and cannnot get my ****pping address changed. At my last address AFTER i paid the subscription, i had to pay another $** to pick up at post office due to address being incorrect. Now that i have moved this last time, im still being charged bit have NOT received my last * boxes. I've went to my account and it fixes nothing. The WRONG address that you all have is *** Hwy **e Apt. ** Bulls Gap, TN *****. THAT IS COMPLETELY WRONG. MY NEW address is *** Brady Drive *B Morristown, TN *****. My *nd question is how do i receive the last * boxes i have been charged for ( I have proof on my bank records) and get the current new boxes to the Brady Drive address which is correct? This has been a REAL ISSUE AS I'M PAYING FOR SOMETHING I'M NOT RECIEVING. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT ELSE I CAN DO AS IVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO CORRECT IT.
