The only way i would describe how your office conducts businesd at Ayala Center Cebu is by MOB RULE. I was a companion of a SENIOR CITIZEN who had been standing in line waiting for your office to open. On opening, your personnel just allowed everyone to rush into the store with no regards of who was in line first. When i brought this up to the tagalog-speaking man at the receiving desk, all he said was that they don't have control over it. Does this mean they let it happen EVERY TIME and EVERY SINGLE DAY??? The senior i was with was almost knocked off her feet by one of the customers rushing to get ahead of her! Needless to say, people who came in last were now way ahead of her. This office has TOTAL DISREGARD FOR OLD PEOPLE! Furthermore, your tagalog speaking representative was nowhere apologetic about my **-year old mother's experience. He smuggly just told implied to us that's how it is here. I would like to get this inexcusable incident brought up to your HR management. You need to re-train your people on courtesy! I would appreciate a feedback on what your company is doing regarding this complaint.
