Good day!*I am Jhon. When I received my October Globe at home bill, I was shocked when Globe charged me with one time charge ***.** pesos Netflix Standard. This ***.** pesos was charged to my account after the * months free subscription of Netflix. My concern is this, I was charged with this ***.** even without prior notice. Is this even right? I never used this Netflix thing.**With this, I talked to Gie of Globe earlier. She said that I have to request to cancel my subscription after the free subscription. She helped me in cancelling my subscription and it's fine with me. **However, what I want is to atleast remove the ***.** pesos in my October bill. Is this possible? Please help me about this matter.
