I am Edward Tan Rebulado recent recipient of your Plan *** promo package which included the free cellphone which is a Samsung Galaxy S* with a lock-up period of ** months. I have decided earlier to return the unit and terminate the plan because the actual benefits that I will be enjoying provided for in the chat I received was different from the one offered to me in the package. The cellphone * of the unit is ***********. I was asking for advice thru your chat line way earlier on how to go about returning the cellphone unit and terminating the plan. Until I was advised to go to any Globe Stores for my issue to be attended. I went to your store @ SM North Annex and was attended by EJ. He called the customer service hotline and I was able to talk to the termination department representative Francis Dollaga. He advised me that he can't be able to terminate the contract because it has a lock-up of * years. And the option available for me is to pay the cellphone unit in the amount of **k*. I told him that I'll seek legal advice to be able to decide on my course of action. I am doing this now in conformity with the legal advice given to me. That I inform you that I want the package promo offered to me terminated and I will return the cellphone unit because I am not satisfied with the kind of service that I got. If you decide not to accept the cellphone unit I will not pay for it not for any charges you will seek for your service. **Edward Tan Rebulado
