I’ve repeatedly called and emailed,nothing I’ve been told turns out to be true. I can’t purchase any glasses I like because those are out of my price range. As far as communication, I only get additional prompts to go find some frames that I don’t like. I’m waiting to see if they’ll restock anytime soon, you’d think at least one frame that sold so fast would be a good restocking product. But I haven’t been given any information,other than $** bucks forced them to not start producing the second pair I purchased for backup,and the VERY VERY BEST they have to offer(I guess) is $** credit or coupon towards the pair replacing the replacements that I can’t have. No one will address WHY my choices that were in stock when I chose were “out of stock” same as my first in stock frame choice,they won’t take responsibility for their agents telling me it was all coming along well and that they COULD SEE that my order arrived in time to be in stock,so no problem right? Here I am waiting well past the *to* day period that’s the norm to get a tracking number NUT I get stuffed over $** on one pair and out of stock again on first and sent to go look for different ones and warned to keep it under or at the two prices I originally paid. Got a TON OF GAUL to refuse my production over $** bucks when they’ve got TRIPLE DIGITS of MY MONEY and I have NOTHING.

Get some answers,just want answers as to why their treating me like I stole something from them or trying to over $** on the one pair. Why is the information I’ve HAD TO CONTACT THEM FOR when they don’t update me, a lie? That’s what deception is after all,they got me sitting around on pins and needles waiting for a tracking number that two agents said I’d be receiving, when I do get emailed it... ... Take time to find out how your customers are being treated and stop ignoring pleads for help with replacements. I’ve been assured I’d get both replacements when I was live on call or chat with agents to choose my in stock replacements. I’m denied my second pair being created bc the ones like the originals I wanted were barely my expensive. COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE TURMOIL AND DISMISSIVE BEHAVIOR ON THE STAFFS END BEING STOPPED ARE REAL SMART PLACES TO START. My husband is furious not only because I have no glasses and we are out almost $*** for no product but “I STARTED BAWLING TODAY WHEN I COULDNT FIND ANYTHING CLOSE TO WHAT I CHOSE OR EVEN IN MY RANGE TO AFFORD. YOU COULD respond quick when dealing with returns. Slow down and LISTEN when a customer calls or uses agents for any reason. Let customers know what’s going on with returns instead of allowing weeks to go by. I placed my order Jan.*th for just under $*** on two pair and I still have no glasses. EVERYTIME I find and choose in stock frames another week or more goes past before I’m told out of stock yet again. There’s no compassion nor empathy that I’ve been given. Agents tell me it looks good and the next email I get will be tracking. That’s NOT happening. I’ve been denied my fendi frame due to a slight ***$** price difference and only offered $** credit to go towards my main “premium” pair which is no enough to make my original discount towards my returned frames usable and I can’t use any new codes. I almost had a seizure last night when the SAME email came with $** credit and both frames were denied again,my fave premiums I chose keep being out of stock though when I CHOSE THEM THEY WERE BOTH IN STOCK. Today I can find nothing close or in my price to choose from. I’ve never been so depressed over dealing with a company of any kind. I’ve looked at other places to order from and one cart came to almost the exact amount I paid here but I would receive their best crizal progressive package AND ONE PAIR HAD TRANSITION! The best was of everything was added with no extra charge for it. My money is tied up here and. I have one more payment as well. AND NO ONE GIVES A RATS *** HERE........ESPECIALLY THE RETURNS DEPT WHO NEVER ADVISE IF YOU ASK THEM TO PLEASE RESPOND. Not even we can’t answer but call support. Nothing has happened the way the multiple agents )WHO OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T LOOK INTO ANYTHING) said they would. My regular Doctor and my Optometrist BOTH want to know if any seizures are triggered while FAILING TO WORK WITH THIS BUSINESS. I told them both because I haven’t had any in a very long time. IM SICK OF BEGGING FOR ADVICE AND HELP AND I UPDATES,I’m close to seizing because of the astronomical stress this is causing when I can’t find what I like and looks good and when I do, I’m not IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO GET THEM WHILE THE SITE SHOWS YOU HAVE THEM. If you won’t go through all the emails and see what your team is doing then I’ll send all mine to make it short and sweet for you. Treatment that I’m not getting. I’d like to know when the ones I was screwed OUT OF WILL BE BACK.......IF EVER. NIGHTMARE I CANT WAKE FROM.
It’s an investment to buy prescription multifocals and I couldn’t afford to take advantage of their baiting sale but my husband and I went ahead. It’s next to impossible to end up with what you want,have them look good on you,get the fit right online and absolutely impossible to come up with the same shopping cart total. They certainly DO NOT CARE about any of this. I’ve found to much practically identical stories after digging for only the negatives(I WISH ID THOUGHT TO DO THAT)that match mine almost perfectly,going back a few years and the last few hours on their FB site.
Their can quit pushing me to take glasses I don’t like so they aren’t outa my REAL compensation for all of this misery, you’ve got HUNDREDS of my dollars and I have nothing but emails telling me to go at it again but stay under this amount....PERIOD.
I’ve done everything required of me, I’m out of resources to take advantage of any other deals I’ve seen and God knows how long it would take to get my money returned or the difficulty in trying.
Communication from my end,none from theirs except sending me back to look at the ugly in stock frames in my size. There is absolutely NO REASON I didn’t get the choices I’d made, I made both while actively talking to support.
