Gett Customer Service Issues

I arranged for a Gett ride to Jerusalem Navon station intending to catch a train to TLV airport. Due to the Sabbath, there were no trains operating, so I agreed to extend the ride to the airport with the driver. The issue arose when Gett charged me for the extended trip to the airport ([redacted] shekels) instead of just to Navon station (around 30 shekels). I paid the driver [redacted] dollars and 40 shekels in cash at the airport, only realizing the mistake after arriving in Greece. I tried contacting Gett customer service through the app with no success, as it kept showing a "Please Wait..." message. Since my SIM card only works in Brazil, I am unable to call for support. I am hoping to find another way to reach out for help, maybe through email, Twitter, or WhatsApp. If anyone can assist me in resolving this issue and recovering the overcharged amount, I would greatly appreciate it.

I used Gett for a ride to Hadassah Ein Karem Hospital this morning. When I tried to request a return ride, I received a message stating that my account was closed due to an issue. My phone number is [redacted] and my name is Samuel Offen. Similarly, my wife Judith Offen's account was also closed with the same error message. Her phone number is [redacted].
