I need to contact green dot platinum secured card--customer service to tell them my new card that they sent has been loss. I need to make arrangements with them to get another one and be advised that the new card was no activated yet and there fore when I call there card number it ask for the numbers on the old card and the recording says it can not match that number--it expires *****--that is why they sent me a new card but I lost it even before I could activate it
