Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get Frisch's Restaurants, Inc. - Big Boy help.

Manager on phone entire time for settling bill. I asked him about this rude service before I left the restaurant. He totally walked away from me and did not try to resolve the issue. *Frisch’s *New Albany, IN ********* Hausfeldt Lane*Name Tag:*Logan*Manager**It most definitely was a personal call as the weather was discussed and talk of something being due tomorrow. I found this behavior unacceptable, as I was a patron. Did not ask if I enjoyed meal, or anything. Totally just put his hand out to get the receipt. Custom service was not his priority. Waitress Regan, was great. My husband also had unsatisfactory service at this location, and refuses to return. I will consider this alternative, as there are other places who do seem to put customers first.
