My FreedomPop account is active and is still in good standing. My account page currently shows that my ***-***-**** cell number is my correct FreedomPop phone number. I have requested that FreedomPop port over my ***-***-**** cell number to TING Mobile. FreedomPop agreed to make this port out to TING, however, TING is advising me that this cell number has been disconnected and that the port over cannot be made. I have discovered via the internet that OnVoy Telecommunications is in possession of my FreedomPop ***-***-**** cell phone number. FreedomPop, please retrieve my cell phone number from EnVoy and re-connect my ***-***-**** cell phone number. This must be done in order for me to port this ***-***-**** cell number over to TING Mobile. My email address is *****@***.com. Please contact me as soon as possible. I have been dealing with this problem for weeks! I have only received un-helpful generic responses from FreedomPop regarding this important issue. Thank you. David C. Bryant
