Some time ago (about five months) I responded to FreedomPop. You sent me a piece of "hardware," but absolutely no instructions. No problem. But I could not get on-line: you simply would not let me get a password (it was never sent to my email or my cell phone). So I just tossed your product back in the box, and never installed it. Well, I just reviewed my credit card statement, and became aware that you have been billing me $**.** a month all this time. I try over and over to cancel this account, which in fact I have never even used. I will chalk up all those monthly charges to my own stupidity in so rarely monitoring my credit card billings. But all the phone numbers I have for you will only reference me back to the web site. But the web site will not permit me to login. When I try to login, I am repeatedly told that a code is being sent to me so that I can login without a password. So, not being able to talk to a representative or being able to login, I am completely frustrated. I am sending this as an urgent request to cancel this account. If I get no response or correspondence from you I can think of no option other than to tell the credit card to stop payments. I don't really want to do this. In fact, if I could just get online or talk to a representative, I would even be willing to give FreedomPop a try. Help! Please.
