I am constantly having payments coming out of my bank account that I don't believe should be. I can rarly get my phone even to work. I have called about this several times but it's always the same ending. *The people all tell several different ways so I can get or make phone calls or get on the internet but in the end they either claim that they can't hear me and tell me to ** minutes and try again or the will offer to send me an email with instructions. I know when I'm being blown off. This just pisses me off. I want my money back that has been charged to my account for all the charges for the past ** Days. I have gotten little use of my phone and could never get the hotspot to work after the first couple weeks that I had it. And **** poor service
