I recently purchased a new box of Franzia Sunset Blush and noticed a small leak in the bladder. Despite drying it off multiple times, liquid continued to accumulate under the bladder. This has not happened with previous purchases of Sunset Blush or Cabernet Savignon, so I'm disappointed and hope this isn't a recurring issue. I transferred the wine to other bottles and kept the box for your reference. Thank you, - Nancy Brown

Hello, I recently purchased a boxed Franzia wine, the Dark Red Blend (34 glasses size), which I have bought frequently in the past. However, when I tried the wine last night, I noticed a significant difference in taste compared to what I am used to with Franzia Dark Red Blend. The wine had an unusual smell when I lifted the glass, and the taste just did not seem right. Even though the expiration date is not until October [redacted], it didn't meet my expectations. I typically enjoy Franzia Dark Red Blend and Merlot without any issues. This experience was disappointing, especially since I had planned to enjoy it during the holidays. I spent over $20.00 on this wine, but unfortunately, it is undrinkable. I would greatly appreciate a refund or a voucher to acquire a new box of the same size. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you, Lori
