I need help. I ordered carpet from Lowes on *-**-****, the instalation was on *-**-****. on Friday *-* I went in to Lowes to express concern that the carpet I ordered was not what was installed. I brought a sample of the carpet placed it by the carpet I ordered and Trevar said it was the wrong install he filed a complaint with satin master on *-*-****. I have called and went into the store on numerous times and went in yesterday was told stain master had not responded to the complaint, and that it may be another month before it will be resolved, I proceeded to tell him my furniture is in almost every room and we are unable to use these rooms. The answer I received was he would hire spectram to put our furniture back in the two rooms, so I could wait the month nore for my carpet to be installed again.
