I am experiencing difficulty updating my credit card information for our Fonts.com webfonts subscription. The website does not allow me to make the necessary changes even after logging in. I contacted customer support and was advised to add a font to my cart, enter the new credit card details, and save. However, there is no save option, only a Submit Order button, requiring me to make an unnecessary purchase to update my billing information. This process is inconvenient and unreliable. I receive daily notifications stating that my billing information is invalid and if not corrected, the fonts on our website may not function properly. As our website is for a major medical center in Boston, it is crucial that this issue is resolved promptly to prevent any disruptions.

I am frustrated because I hoped to create birthday party invitations for my granddaughter using a font I recently purchased from your store. However, I encountered issues trying to open the font despite purchasing it. I believe the lack of live customer support shows a disregard for customers like me who require assistance. I am not very tech-savvy due to being an older individual, and I rely on guidance to navigate these processes. I completed the purchase and have a receipt but cannot locate the font on my iMac computer's font list under Tools in MacWrite. Could you advise me on where to find the newly purchased font? I am currently working on a book project that involves changing typefaces and other editorial tasks, so it is crucial for me to resolve this font issue promptly.
