The issue in GetHuman-chikukwa's own words
We were booked on Flybe Flight **** from Newcastle taking off at **:** on **th November **** confirmation number BJJ*G* to Cardiff seats *B and *C . We checked in and had to wait as the flight was said to have delayed. However in the end the flight was cancelled and we were booked in to Premier Inn Hotel. However we were not provided with lunch despite a reschedulled flight being available late afternoon. This meant we went hungry. In addition it meant an extra day car parking penalty at Cardiff Airport. As if that was not enough my wife missed work as she was supposed to be in work overnight on the **th at her work as a registered nurse at Willowbrook Nursing Home in St Mellons. I missed a day’s work as I was supposed to be in work at Dimensions UK Ltd Cardiff Offices where I am a Locality manager. We were told at the Customer Services Desk that Flybe will be compansating us and would like to find out if this going to be the case.
