I have spent the last two weeks, contacting customer service every other day, trying to set up my new subscription since I have recently moved. I have received conflicting information each time I call. Some representatives claim they don't have my new address, while others say they do. One representative mentioned there is no delivery service in my area, while another stated my subscription would begin in 48 hours. After insisting on speaking to a supervisor due to the confusion, the person I spoke to did not have up-to-date details and said it would take 7-10 business days for the subscription to start from the distribution team. I provided a nearby neighbor's address who receives the newspaper in hopes of being added to that delivery route. I have expressed my frustration as it has been over two months since we moved, and Florida Today has been losing our business. Unfortunately, the supervisor was unable to provide me with the necessary information for a resolution.
