The issue in GetHuman-helask's own words
I came to Grenoble from Turin. I showed the driver my ticket and* asked if he was going to pick me on that same station where he left me because I know that some towns have more stations but I don't know Grenoble. He said yes but didn't come. I have to be in Turin early because I have to catch in Milan Flixbus to Belgrade.*It would be enough to send an email to me and *or the driver so I can enter the **:** bus from Gare Grenoble. I dont have enough money for new ticket nor Internet card - why would I, I arranged everything in advance.

GetHuman-helask did not yet indicate what FlixBus should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-helask fixed the problem
Flixbus did nothing. I was told in Belgrade that their customer help operates ****. In reality it operates till **h. When asked them to call me in order not to pay enormous telephone bill for a call from Serbian phone operator via France to Croatia (?), they didn't. The only thing I could do was to pay another ticket. The first one was ** euro. On German site, the other one, on that day and place was ** euro. On my Flixbus app was about ** euro(!). So the Italian bus drivers were kind enough to let me on the bus to use wi-fi (at **h there is no wi-fi on the Grenoble station nor are Internet cafes open) and pay again. But you can pay ONLY with a card, NO cash. Luckily, I did have one, but from my husband's.
