Dear Flixbus,*Booking Number: ************On Sunday ** October ****, the Bus connection N** Metz (Central Bus Station) due at *:**am was **min delayed*late, then arrived at Paris (Bercy Seine) Bus Connection *** direction to London Victoria Coach Station had an incident, two passengers in fury came with three overload giant luggages who obviously their access was refused by the poor driver, the only one who had to deal with those people especially when there was other Flixbus team operators and security guards on sight to stop the situation to escalade but none of them did anything instead they just laugh at the situation making the Bus behind delay*late by ** min again.*And the last one, arrived at French* British border at Calais the Bus was stop at the transit border cause Flixbus did not paid their bills.. seriously!*So we missed the train departing at *:**pm, next was Ferry option departing at *:**pm again missed it cause Flixbus was sorting out their financial situation at that time so we finally toke the *:**pm Ferry after waiting *hours in the bus added to that *h** of Ferry plus *hours from Dover to London making this trip the worse trip ever all that cause of Flixbus fault by having financial truble!*We arrived at *:** pm when we should be due at LondonVictoria Station by *:**pm.*This is the reason why i'm send you this complaint and asking for a full refund of my entire tickets cause it's absolutely bad and the worse theirs no communication from Flixbus and their passengers about this ****.*This is what I don't understand, don't accept any passengers payment if you have financial situation or if did not paid you the tolls company or border permit cause that puts your costumers in danger situations, you should be responsable of finance cause that affect and have an impact on everyone.
