I made a purchase during the Big Billion Days event on September 29th, [redacted]. I bought an iFFalcon by TCL 65" TV through Seller OmniTech Retail. I exchanged my old Onida 39" TV for Rs.[redacted]. The new TV arrived on October 3rd without any physical damage, but during installation on October 4th, technicians found internal display damage. They initiated a return request which I did not authorize and now a "Return Request Accepted" message received, stating a refund will be processed within one business day of the pickup. I do not want a refund; I want the same working TV I selected in exchange for my old TV. If the product is unavailable, I request the return of my old TV in its original condition without the adjusted amount of Rs.[redacted].

I received the Huda Beauty 12 Matte Lipstick from a friend as a gift, but the product arrived damaged. The packaging was so stuck to the box that I had to tear it apart to open it. I contacted customer service, and they assured me the product would be returned. Unfortunately, my maid discarded the packaging, mistakenly thinking it was garbage. Now I am being informed that the product cannot be returned. I plan to print the order receipt and attach it to the damaged product. Any assistance would be appreciated. Hello, I am Dr. Sandeep Mayall, and I would like to address the return of my Nokia 6.1 smartphone. Although the return has been approved by your company, I am concerned about the scheduling of the pick-up. I was just informed about the pick-up and was hoping for a morning notification to gather all the necessary accessories and the box. I mentioned that I can only process the return by tomorrow, but I was informed that I need to submit another return request to proceed. This would cause a delay of another 3-4 days for the approval process. Please request for the pick-up to be tomorrow, as I am unable to wait any longer. I bought two realme 5 mobiles, one arrived on October 4th, and the other on October 5th. However, upon unboxing the second mobile on October 5th, I discovered the box only contained accessories and no mobile phone. I am requesting clarification on this issue and would like a refund or a replacement mobile phone.

Last night, I received a link from Flipkart offering discounted prices on items like phones and LCD TVs. Intrigued by a phone priced at just Rs.29, I decided to explore further. I ordered the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 at this unbelievably low price and provided my contact and address details as instructed. After sharing the link with 10 people, a confirmation page appeared stating the item will be delivered, and I only have to pay Rs.29. I also received an Order Number. I am seeking clarification on this transaction. Thank you.

I placed an order for a data cable on September 10th, but the one I received is incorrect and not functioning. I initiated the return process and requested a refund, yet it's now October 6th with no resolution. I have been calling regularly since September 10th, as instructed, and was told to wait until October 7th, but that request was rejected. I need assistance to resolve this issue promptly as I want my money back for an item that is not mine. If I do not receive a refund, I will lose trust in your company and may have to involve the police. I hope for a swift resolution.

I received my MI LED 32-inch TV from Flipkart on October 5th, [redacted]. However, we have not had a technician come to install it yet. Despite numerous calls to Jeeves, they keep saying they have escalated the issue to the backend team and that a technician will be provided soon. The scheduled installation was supposed to be on October 6th, [redacted], but I have not received any update even today. Could you please assist by sending someone to install the TV? The Jeeves team has not been forthcoming with information.

Hello, I recently placed an order for a Cosco Zoomer orange skating kit on October 2nd. Today I received the package, but unfortunately, the item I received is not what I ordered. Instead of the full kit, I only received blue colored skates. I am missing the knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist pads that are supposed to come with the kit. Dear Sir, I am experiencing challenges with my replacement request. The technician visited on 4th and 8th October [redacted] and identified an overheating issue with my device. Regrettably, my replacement was canceled without my knowledge. Upon contacting Flipkart service, I discovered that there was a data mismatch. Upon speaking with the technician, he shared the details he uploaded, including a screenshot clearly stating the "OVERHEATING PROBLEM IS FOUND." Kindly verify the information during the timeframes of 10:00 pm to 10:03 pm on 4th October and 7:06 pm on 8th October.

My email address is [redacted] I have been blocked by Flipkart after I complained about my cancelled VIVO Z1 Pro order. I am unable to check the status of my complaint right now. I made the payment using my Axis Bank debit card. It seems that Flipkart has blocked my account simply for raising this issue.

I have lost my registered mobile number and have been using a different number temporarily. I attempted to update my mobile number on my profile, but I encountered an issue. A One-Time Password (OTP) was sent to my new number, but I couldn't save it because another OTP was sent to my lost number. This prevents me from completing the update. I have been unable to reach a customer care executive as the line seems constantly busy. PS: Lost number - [redacted], New number - [redacted]. I have pending orders dating back to 14-10-[redacted] that I am unable to receive updates on.

Dear Sir, I placed an order for a Bosch Dishwasher on September 29, [redacted], with the model number SMS66GI01L. The invoice number is FAB4QF[redacted] dated September 29, [redacted]. I encountered several issues: the service engineer did not show up on time for installation, and upon inspection, a part was found to be missing. I requested a new replacement from FLIPKART, scheduled for delivery on October 11, [redacted], but the issue was mistakenly marked as resolved without consulting me. Hello Team, I had an order scheduled for delivery yesterday to DXC Technology opposite Timken, Bangalore - [redacted]. However, the delivery personnel mistakenly went to DXC Technology in Maruthi Tech Park due to address confusion. Despite assuring me that the order would be delivered today to the correct address, I have not received any updates. Hello, Hello, I am Syam. I recently purchased a Redmi Note 7s mobile from your Flipkart site with the order ID: OD[redacted][redacted]0. When I initially bought the mobile, I tried to exchange my old phone, but Flipkart rejected it. Despite this, I paid an additional [redacted] rupees to the delivery person. I recently ordered 3 curtains under order ID OD[redacted]34/[redacted]00, but I only received one curtain on 8/10. After contacting customer service, a refund for 2 curtains was approved, while one was rejected. I am unable to utilize just one curtain, so I kindly request that you retrieve the extra one and refund my payment promptly. The package and invoice indicated there were 3 curtains, which feels deceptive. I do not wish to engage with dishonest sellers and request a swift resolution from Flipkart.
