The issue in GetHuman-sufipar's own words
I have placed an order during Big Billion Days on **th Sep'** for an iFFalcon by TCL **" inches TV (Order ID OD******************, Seller: OmniTech Retail) in exchange with old Onida **" TV with a working condition which was set to Rs.*****. I have recieved new **" TV on *rd Oct with no physical damages. For installation, technicians have visit on *th Oct'** and they confirmed that display was damaged internally. They said, technicians will raise request for the replacement. After sometime I have recieved a *message saying "Return Request Accepted" for which "Refund" will be initiated within * business day of the pick up.**I am not sure who has raised this return request without my permisiion on behalf of me and I don't want refund. I want same working product whtever I have opted for in excahnge with my old TV. If Flipkart can't provide the product what I have ordered then Flipkart has to return my old TV with same ondition. I don't want the adjusted amount(Rs.*****)**Please suggest.
GetHuman-sufipar did not yet indicate what FlipKart should do to make this right.
